We understand there may be occasions when an individually tailored plan is required. We are happy to discuss your specific needs with you and quote accordingly.
We also provide a service for unexpected emergencies – call us and we will arrange for one of our professional and friendly engineers to get out to you as quickly as possible.
In addition to the biomass boiler, fuel stores can often be overlooked and do play a large role in a fully functional system. We offer fuel store cleaning and maintenance to keep your system free from excess dust and old fuel. Please ask for details.
The correct standard of water quality is extremely important to keep a biomass boiler healthy. We no longer use additives or inhibitors to maintain water quality, instead we optimise heating water using our Magnetic Water equipment to control the factors that cause corrosion within a biomass boiler and associated pipework. This is based on the VDI2035 standard which is used throughout Europe and maintains manufacturer warranties.
