We are proud to announce that Reheat is now officially an accredited Real Living Wage employer - another meaningful step in our journey to build a fairer, more sustainable future for our team, our clients, and our communities.

The Real Living Wage is more than just a pay benchmark—it’s a commitment to ensuring that everyone who works with us earns a wage that reflects the true cost of living. This accreditation reinforces our belief that people are at the heart of everything we do, and that fair pay is fundamental to a thriving, values-led business.

This milestone aligns perfectly with our B Corp ethos. When we became a certified B Corporation in 2024, we pledged to meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. Our first year as a B Corp has been transformational, and this new accreditation is a natural extension of that commitment.

As we shared in our B Corp anniversary update, our certification has helped us sharpen our focus on what matters most - people, planet, and purpose. From reducing carbon emissions to supporting local communities, every decision we make is guided by our mission to do business for good.

Becoming a Real Living Wage employer is another way we’re putting those values into action. It’s about recognising the hard work and dedication of our team, and ensuring that everyone -whether directly employed or contracted -can live with dignity and security.

We’re joining thousands of other responsible employers across the UK who believe that a fair wage is a basic right, not a nice-to-have. And we’re proud to be part of a growing movement that’s reshaping what good business looks like.

As we continue to grow and evolve, we remain committed to creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and empowered. This accreditation is a celebration of that commitment - and a promise to keep pushing for better.

Thank you to our team, our partners, and our clients for being part of this journey. Together, we’re building something truly meaningful.
