Reheat is pleased to announce it has opened a new operational office, located in East Yorkshire.

We have opened a permanent location in Hull to meet the needs of biomass owners in the area. As part of the move, local specialist, Richard Weeks, has joined our team as an Associate, having worked in collaboration on a number of projects with us in the area over the past decade, including National Trust sites, Wykeham Abbey and The Old Rectory in Sigglesthorne.

In addition to Reheat’s service and maintenance, Richard will provide Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) compliance support, such as advising on tariffs, fuel quality, 10-year meter calibration issues and will support clients who are engaging with industry regulator Ofgem. Reheat will also provide HETAS accredited servicing, which is now a mandated requirement of the RHI.

Mr Weeks said: “As a local working in this region, I recognise the clear demand for services of this kind in East Yorkshire and beyond. The RHI, while closed to new applications, is still very much alive for many biomass boiler owners who need support to navigate their way through the maze of compliance, in addition to operating their low carbon heat systems efficiently. I am excited to be able to represent Reheat and bring their consultancy and hands-on engineering expertise as part of a substantial offering to the region.”

Reheat Director, Neil Harrison, added: “I’m delighted that we now have a physical location in Yorkshire, an area we know incredibly well through numerous successful projects, and we welcome Richard to lead our new operation.  We’ve been working with Richard in various capacities for over a decade, so it’s great to see him finally joining the team.  Sustainable, well managed biomass systems are at the heart of what we offer, so we look forward to working closely with and supporting as many system owners in the area as we can.”
